Is the Fuji S-9150 digital camera difficult to use? (I want to shoot photos at
baseball game (25-50 yards) with fairly high clarity and resolution); I am

It iss pretty easy to use Mike.
You use the swivel switch on the right to zoom in and out then shoot, it will do the focusing for you.
If it is juts basically clear pictures you want to take, then this is straight forward, zoom in and shoot.
It does have a host of additional features though, so you have a lot of functionality, but it works out of the box in an optimal default mode which from the sounds of it, would be fine for you.

One really call thing is the instant zoom, so you center the object and it will do the zooming in.
