Customer Question

I have about 300 pictures on my memory card (Nikon D90) that I took recently. I downloaded them to my iPad a few days ago with no problem. I'm now trying to download them to my desktop and the desktop is saying there are no pictures. My memory card shows 1.6k when normally when the card is empty is shows 1.9k. I can't get the pictures to show on the camera screen either. The camera seems to be working otherwise. I went into the menu (Playback Menu) and switched "Playback folder" to "All". I could see the pictures on the camera screen for a brief time and the it stopped working. When I try accessing the Playback folder again I get a message saying that "this option is not available with current settings"

Hello,
I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
The card may have become corrupted and the photos on it can no longer be accessed using the normal method.
If you are unable to rescue the photos from the iPad then you can try using card recovery software:

Let me know if you need any further information or remote assistance..
Pete.
