Hi there,

You can access the camera's memory and copy the videos, then paste them onto your computer.

Let me know if you would like me to connect remotely and demonstrate.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Don't charge my credit card. The snswer given didn't solve my problem.

Hi,
If you are unable to copy and paste the videos, then there is a serious problem with your computer.
Again, let me know if you would like me to check this out remotely...

I am trying to say that your answer wasn't correct. As a result, I don't want to pay the $19.00 fee. I thought this was a type of thing that if I wasn't satisfied I wouldn't have to pay. Yet it seems that my credit card was already charged even though I said not to.

Hi,
I am a user of this site, just like you.
I don't have anything to do with the payments or accounts.
However I understand that you would have chosen to pay a deposit to your JustAnswer account when you posted your question.
Let me know if I can assist any further with your computer video problem,
Best,
Pete.
