Hello,
I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
A few things to try when you insert a fully charged battery and get the camera working again:
1. Remove the memory card
2. Try fitting a replacement memory card
3. Reset the camera to its default factory settings
4. Install updated firmware
If that does not help, then the memory card reader board is likely faulty and the camera will need to be returned to Nikon to have the board replaced.
