Customer Question

My AG-HMC80P video camera just started having a problem a few days ago. It seems to record fine, but when I copy the video files onto my computer each file is corrupted and I can't play video after about 4 minutes of video. This happens with every memory card, so I think it's the camera, not the cards. It seems that the camera can play back the video past the 4 minute mark, but the computer can't play the files from the card.
Any idea what could be causing this?
