So I want is the best option for either a wristband or a watch that measures your sleep cycle and wakes you up around the time you set the alarm for. Either a little before or after when your sleep cycle is light so that way you wake up refreshed and energized
How is the app going to measure my sleep?

I will try it. But it's hard to trust that. Let's say I am sleeping with someone else and the other person moves around a lot

Hi sir, thanks for the answer. I am very skeptical about this product since it has bad Amazon reviews and also you do not wear it. So it means you have a girlfriend or wife it might measure their sleep cycle? May I ask you why you decided to suggest me this one and not the ones o put on the wrist?They also have alarm clocks that dont measure your sleep cycle but send off a gradual sunlight in the morning
