I own a ikegami hl 790a broadcast camera with the hl79a inside. When I connect the acp17 the camera. comes on but the hl790a unit does not.do I also need the 46 pin cable attached and powered up to work the 790a. That's using two power sources right.

Can't pull up the link can you instruct me how to hook it up? I don't have the 46 pin cable from the camera to the control unit. I do have the ma79 base station but no cables.there are two cables from the 790a plugged into the 79a. 1 19 pin male to the vtr and 1 26 pin male to the test/remote.

I guess there is no way to power up the 790a without these cables from the base unit.
