How do you remove a lens on non-dslr?
Hi Arnold,To gain access to the mirror on this model, you will need to disassemble the camera by removing the screws around the edge of the camera, then carefully prise the rear cover off and remove the internal circuit board to gain access to the mirror.Pete.
Experience: 12+ years experience installing and repairing electronics.
This was nto the answer I expected.
Hi Arnold,I see you have rated my service as poor. This reflects negatively on my profile and looks like I have offered you bad service. If my service has been bad, please let me know how I can improve? You have also said this was not the answer you were expecting. Unfortunately sometimes I do have to be the bearer of bad news, but that should not be reflected negatively against me when I have taken the time to give you an answer.Pete.
By the camera model no. you should have known it wasn't a DSLR and the lens could not be removed by a novice. Then your last anser would have been correct and I would have accepted it.
Sorry, I didn't think it was a DSLR - you need to ensure that any zoom lenses are removed before attempting to open the casing and fix the mirror. You have not stated your level of competency - I have given you a complete answer for both novices and camera experts. If you had said you were a novice, I would have told you to take it straight to the dealer. Please reconsider your rating of my service. If there is anything else you need, don't hesitate to ask.Thanks,Pete.
