I have a Kodak EasyShare LS443. I have loved this camera and use it in both my real estate business and my jewelry business. When I turn it on, the screen is black. Do I need to send it back to the factory for repairs?

Image storage on auto, exposure compensation on 0.0, white balance on auto, picture quality on best, XXXXX XXXXX on color, exposure meter on multi-pattern, focus zone on multi-zone, ISO o auto, 5:47:53 PM Exp on none, date on off, orientation sensor on on,setup menu on setup
Unfortunately what you have described indicates that there is a problem with the ccd (the light sensitive chip that produces the image)or the connection to it thats why you are facing this type of problem . So please contact Kodak service center because this type of CCD repairing or replacing is not possible at your home. I apologize for this inconvenience.
