I have Canon A3100IS camera and when I take a photo while zoomed

Resolved Question:

I have Canon A3100IS camera and when I take a photo while zoomed in, the photo is always fuzzy. It is not me moving the camera - How can I fix it?

Unfortunately what you have described indicates that the problem seems to be with your camera internal lens mechanism thats why you are facing this type of problem.So please contact Canon service center because this type of internal lens mechanism repairing is not possible at your home.I apologize for this inconvenience.
