Customer Question

Hi - I bought the Panasonic HC V700. Good visual quality but touch screen is a bit challenging to control.
Two questions: One: I film in short sequences. The new camera imposes black screen between each sequence. Anyway to make sequences seamless? My HP PC has a movie maker but it only uses album format.
Two: Any way DVD data and SDHC card data can be merged into one video? - Thanx.

Optional Information:
Make: Panasonic
Model: HC V700

Already Tried:
Tried getting rid of black interrupts with HP media smart movie maker feature but it only offers album formats which isn't the same as one continuous and uninterrupted sequence assembly. Tried placing DVD and SDHC data together in one folder, but they don't flow together.

Hello, my name is Rusty. I can help you.

You can use Windows Movie Maker for this. You can trim the ends of the clips, eliminating the black portion. You will have to capture the video from your Camera to Movie maker. If the files are already on your computer, you may be able to drag and drop to movie maker, depending on the format of the clip.

This will allow you to save in .avi form, when you publish the movie. This will be seamless.

Sounds like I need Windows Movie Maker. Will it answer my second problem: Any way DVD data and SDHC card data can be merged into one video? - Thanx.

As long as you capture into Windows Movie Maker it will work great. What is your version of Windows? I'll help you find the program. It's a free download, and they don't ever ask for payment.

It's Windows 7.

Ok, click here. Don't install silverlight, scroll down to the download button. You can drag and drop many types of videos to Movie Maker.
