Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you today.

How long has she has these signs?

How much blood is she passing? A spoonful, more or less?

What does the vomit look like?

Can she keep water down?

Are her gums pink or pale/white? Moist or sticky?

If you press on her belly, any discomfort, tenderness, or tensing?

Could she have eaten something she should not have (ie bones, toys, plants, chemicals, etc)?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Since yesterday,
lots of it
Vomit is clear
she can not keep water down but drinks lots of it
her gums are pale white and sticky
doesn't seem to have discomfort
We don't believe she has ate anything that she shouldn't had

Oh dear,

If she is passing large volumes of blood and has pale/white gums, this is an emergency situation. It suggests a severe gut bleed potentially from eating something sharp, caustic or poisonous. As well, we can see this in dogs that have gut tumors, stomach ulcers, or problems with blood clotting (from poison or bone marrow disease). In this case, this is unfortunately not a case you can manage at home. She needs to see a local vet urgently for fluids, possible blood transfusion, and symptomatic care to help her overcome this.

Just in case you need a local emergency vet, you can check @ http://www.vetlocator.com/ or via https://www.veccs.org/facility-directory/

Kind regards,

Dr. B.
