Hello, and thanks for writing in...

The amount Jazzy got should not be a problem...

The amount of ivermectin (the active ingredient) in Heartgard is very small, and is tolerated quite well, even if a small dog like Jazzy gets a high dose.

Just to be absolutely safe, watch her for any abnormal signs, such as acting wobbly, tremors, or muscle twitching. If you see any of these symptoms, have her examined by a veterinarian. But, she should be just fine.

Hello,

If my information was helpful to you and Jazzy, would you kindly rate my service (ideally a "5 star"), so I get compensated for my time. Thank you so very much, and I hope everything is going well.
