Ask a Vet and Get Your Veterinary Questions Answered.
Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and am ready to help.
the best chemotherapy is unknown for apocrine carcinoma.
if the apocrine carcinoma spread from the anal gland to the iliac lymph node, it is sort of behaving like a anal adenocarcinoma
which 5FU and cisplatin chemotherapy is used along with radiation.
if you don't have insurance, you should get radiation at an academic center
chemotherapy by itself is not going to control an apocrine anal gland carcinoma spread to lymph nodes.
have you tried to apply for emergency medicaid for insurance.
you are eligible if you have cancer diagnosis.
i thought this was a animal oncologist im sorry
why are you rating bad service?
I will transfer to vet
