Hello. Thank you for asking your question. My name isXXXXX will try to help.I like her name : )You can hold ice, on the area, for 20 minute intervals.Neosporin, makes a formula with a pain relief medication. I am not sure if you have the plain neosporin or the one with the additional pain relief added. It would say, "with pain relief" on the label. As long as she is not on any other medications, and she does not have any pre-existing health conditions, you can give her human aspirin. It has to be aspirin and not any of the other human pain relievers. All of the other human pain relievers, besides aspirin, are toxic to dogs. The dose for aspirin is 5 mg per pound every 12 hours. For example, a 50 pound dog would get 250 mg of aspirin every 12 hours. Give it with food to help prevent stomach upset. I hope this helps. If you have additional questions, please click "reply." Many Thanks
