hi i have a female abysinnian guinea pig she is only a few months old and she has a huge lump in between her legs. Its wet and smells

I would be concerned that this lump is either an abscess (infection) or a growth (which could be a cancer or bengin growth). Either way it is likely that you would need antibiotics which are prescription only. I would recommend that you made an appointment to see you vet as soon as possible for a full physical examination and medication.
