pit bull: acting right..warm and is throwing up watery mucus.

Resolved Question:

My pit bull puppy is about 12 weeks I think and. Has started not acting right today. He is very warm and is throwing up watery mucus. He has not ate or drank anything all day. He did have a bm this morning and has urinated normally. He has slept all day long. Could this be a symptom of teething or something more serious? I don't think he ate anything he shouldn't have as he has been with me all day

I see, thank you for the information.

 

In answer to your question, it sound more serious than teething. It sounds as if he could have parvovirus which is very serious. I would go to an ER tonight if at all possible and if not, I would be at your vet's office when they open the doors in the morning. They ran run a test and see if he has parvo. If he does then they will probably need to place him on IV fluids.
