My chinchilla has lost alot of fur and weight along with becoming less active and weak. She seems to be eating normal and pooping normal. The other chin is just fine. Thank You for your time

It is likely that your chin has a pretty serious problem. Sudden weight and hair loss is indicative of a endocrine problem in chinchillas. I find diabetes fairly often and it presents as this does, however most of the time they are drinking copious amounts of water. I would recommend that you get your chin in to a qualified veterinarian for a blood sugar test as soon as possible.
