Hi,

Welcome to Just Answer. I'm sorry to hear about this girl's situation. This dose of adderall xr can definitely cause some serious signs of amphetamine toxicity (agitation, hyperactivity, tachycardia, etc.). I'm going to say that your best option / choice is to get her to your vet to have them hospitalize her and start up symptomatic supportive care including IV fluids. The xr being the extended release, giving oral activated charcoal can be very beneficial to help remove some of the medication from her system.

I't already been at least 7-8 hours- do you think she needs the charcoal at this point?

I would still recommend giving the charcoal at this point as it can only help.
