Good Morning!

Because of your girls age and these symptoms of vomiting and lethargy, most likely her kidneys are beginning to fail. She is feeling nauseous due to the build up of waste products in her system and this also causes her to feel bad.

It is best to have your vet examine her. the only way to get her back to normal is to flush out her system of these waste products with IV fluids and if this is not permanent kidney damage, then a diet change will help your girl.

Have your vet examine her soon!
