Ideally, no. They should really be somewhere that is warm and quiet, away from too much activity where their mother can tend to them. Is the mother taking care of them there right now?

Can you move them to an area with a box or crate lined with towels, that is out of drafts? Make sure Mama Kitty comes with you and stays with them to take care of them.
