Hello there,

The only thing to try at home is to soak the tissue in a thick mix of table sugar and water until i shrinks and goes back in. It make take 10-15 minutes of soaking. The area can then be rinsed, covered with Vaseline and gently pushed back into place. There is a very good chance it will reoccur.
