My cat has recently lost a lot of weight and about 10 minutes ago she began holding her neck funny and walking a little off. She is not interested in treats (which she usually wolfs down) and she struggled to drink water (she just kept licking it off her paw). She was able to eat some canned food I just fed her. I have no idea what is going on but somthing isn't right. She is currently laying in the middle of the floor. Please help!

This is a very critical situation. She could have kidney failure, diabetes, liver disease or a number of other things but she is at risk at this point. Please get her to your nearest emergency veterinarian as soon as possible for an exam and complete workup and emergency treatment.
