IF you have the eye medicine from previously, I'd continue to use that in the gooey eye. Some viral infections can persist for quite a while as a conjunctivitis or eye infection.

The nasal bleeding is likely due to dry, chaffed nares. This is common with severe nasal discharge. You can humidify a room with your cat twice a day for 10-=15 minutes to help to moisten it and loosen secretions so that the sneezing is less intense.

Most upper respiratory infections run their course as long as the animal has a normal immune system. YOung cats have developing immune systems so they often take longer to resolve them.

If your cat is eating and drinking, then you can just keep her home. The only other thing that your vet can do is give her antibiotics ot treat secondary infections like pnuemonia and give fluids if she is dehydrated.

Try humidifying and heating her food so she can smell it better....

I hope that this helps!
