male kitten 15month old has what sound like astopped up nose and friquent sneezing. what can i do?

Is there any nasal discharge? How is his appetite - is he eating and drinking OK?

nose is dry except, when he sneeze some discharges. he has good appetite.

OK, that's good, thanks for the info. Has he been exposed to other cats in the last few weeks? Is he vaccinated?

i adapted him with his brother 3 weeks ago from none profit agency. he has been vaccinated for fvrcpp,felv/fiv tested negative.

OK, thanks for the info. It sounds like he probably has a viral upper respiratory infection, which is a common problem in young cats and cats that have recently been through any sort of changes in environment, especially after a recent adoption.

The good news is that with a good appetite, his immune system should resolve the problem fairly quickly. If he stops eating or drinking, however, veterinary attention will be needed.

Sometimes, a saline nasal drop may be helpful in reducing congestion -- or, if you have a humidifer / vaporizer, you can set that up in a small bathroom for the cat to breathe the vapor. A steamy shower sometimes works well too.

If the congestion is severe, sometimes we recommend "Little Noses", a pediatric drop with Phenylephrine, which is a decongestant. However, it's important not to use this for more than 2-3 days, since "rebound" congestion can occur which is worse than the original problem.
