Hi CJason,
I did some research. Mother rabbit milk is very high in fat and protein, and mother rabbits only feed their babies once or twice a day. When hand raising, you should feed them two to three times a day.

   Human infant formula (Similac) is not the best choice, when hand raising baby rabbits. It is recommended to uses a combination of Kitten Milk Replacer (KMR) and Multimilk Esbilac (puppy milk replacer). Both of these should be available at a good pet supply store.
