I'm a 55yr old female & just over the last week or so I have noticed I have no sensation of having a full bladder! I will see my GP when I get a chance but was just wondering what would be causing this?

This could be a symptom of a bladder infection. You should see your physician for a urine sample. It can be treated with antibiotics. Other symptoms are burning with urination, strong urine, back pain, and urinary frequency.
