This is called incontinence.

It can be from a weak bladder, spastic bladder, and from other problems with the bladder, the pelvis and/or the bladder outlet.

A urologist is the doctor to evaluate this.

To come up over night like it did

It can come on at any time.

Infection is another possibility, in fact.

An exam, urinalysis, maybe an ultrasound should be done initially.

Done the urine and no infection

At this point you would need to see a urologist.

Males have to have a prostate exam.

Both men and women need a posit void residual ultrasound in the office, and sometimes urodynamic studies.

Exam and testing for diagnosis.

I would arrange this asap.
