Since how long are you having this pain?

Do you have any other symptoms like burning or pain when passing urine?

Do you have any other medical problems?

No I am not sexually active

I think that you could be having what is called as orchitis or epididymoorchitis which is an infection involving the testes.

I would strongly recommend that you be seen as you will likely require a course of an antibiotic to help cure this.

It may or may not happen after a sexually transmitted infection.

Expert:  Dr. SH replied 4 months ago.

If your symptoms are severe you can go to the ER.

If you can get an early appointment with your primary care doctor, that is what I would recommend.
