if you do not know I want my money back
Expert:  Dr. SH replied 1 month ago.

The only positive things in your test are:

LEUCOCYTES 75: leu / ul

and plenty epithelial cells.

So, if you had symptoms like pain and burning in the urine then this confirms a urine infection and you were rightly given an antibiotic.

Like you mention, if this was after the course of an antibiotic, and if you are still having symptoms like pain and burning, you may require another course of a different antibiotic as this test shows that you may still be having the infection.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

hello
Expert:  Dr. SH replied 1 month ago.

Does no seem like a serious UTI

But considering that there are pus cells or white blood cells still there, it needs to be treated.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
can this infection get worse what if there is no symptoms
Customer: replied 1 month ago.

Expert:  Dr. SH replied 1 month ago.

MOST LIKELY it will not get worse.

Just relax.
