The only positive things in your test are:
LEUCOCYTES 75: leu / ul
and plenty epithelial cells.
So, if you had symptoms like pain and burning in the urine then this confirms a urine infection and you were rightly given an antibiotic.
Like you mention, if this was after the course of an antibiotic, and if you are still having symptoms like pain and burning, you may require another course of a different antibiotic as this test shows that you may still be having the infection.

Yes this can cause preterm labor. UTI is the most common cause of preterm labor.
Does no seem like a serious UTI
But considering that there are pus cells or white blood cells still there, it needs to be treated.
MOST LIKELY it will not get worse.
