Hi, Dr. Ashori here, how long has this been going on for now?
I'm glad that you tested negative for STD's.
The pinching sensation likely is from spasms of blood vessels in the testicles.
It's not anything abnormal and can happen from time to time.
Usually you might notice that they will itch more, be more sensitive or be more retracted.
Where is the pain in your back?
I see, so it's more of a warm sensation, no pain. I understand.
Anxiety can cause such a sensation but hormone imbalances such as thyroid issues or excess blood sugar can give you the same sensation.
Muscle spasms can give on and off warm sensation but usually that is associated with pain as well.
It's unlikely that the sensation in the testicles is associated with the back.
It's not a sign of anything dangerous like cancer, that usually will present with very hard mass on the testicle and a lot of pain.
I would recommend increasing the omega fatty acids, that will decrease the spasms. Next try to take some anti-inflammatories, advil or motrin or ibuprofen.
That should decrease inflammation and within a few weeks it should decrease a lot.
You could try supplements but I don't recommend them until you try the more natural things like the omega fatty acids that I recommended.
If it's on and off it could be related to the sensation you are feeling in the testicle. And you already had STD testing which is good.
The only disease that causes anal itching is parasites but if that's the case then the itching would be severe and get worse day by day. In that case you would need to do a stool test to check for parasites but it's unlikely that you have that based on what you have described.
Please let me know if this information helped.
Yes, the omega 3 is fine, there are also those that have omega 3 and 6 and 9 fatty acids.
If you find the combination pills they are much more effective.
With today's test it's really impossible for an STD to be missed.
I don't think any of the symptims you are having has to do with an STD so don't be worried, it's likely a benign cause.
I would watch and see if anything changes. Most likely the symptoms will go away with time.
The sensation in the thighs probably is the same thing you are experiencing in the back, it shouldn't have anything to do with anything serious.
That's likely the case.
I would take it for 2-3 weeks and see if you notice an improvement. I suspect after even a few days you will notice a good improvement.
Make sure to eat healthy and avoid stress in the meantime.
Most likely, I suspect they are interrelated.
Yes, it can. Because it means that your body is slightly inflamed. Could be from something you're eating or maybe stress. Omega will decrease the inflammation.
I think it will.
