hi there,

i am online and will be happy to answer your questions.

what sensations you have? can you please decsribe? pain ? numbness>? or some other sensations?

do you have pain on passing stools?

any trouble urinating?

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
it starts with pulsating or tingling in the rectum and down to my penis and testicles. I feel like I am getting aroused out of nowhere but no real erection. I am just sitting working at my desk with no sexual activity.
Expert:  Internist replied 9 days ago.

yes, it is most likely related to prostatitis

i would adivse you to visit urologist and have rectal exam to rule out any complications/ active infections.
