Hello,I am Dr. Aren and I will help with your query. Precum is a fluid secreted by Cowper's gland ,these are twin structures found at the base of the penis which secrete fluid to lubricate the urethra when the penis is erect. This fluid will continue to be secreted throughout the sexual activity and is meant for lubrication to ease the pathway for sperms. This usually occurs on sexual arousal and continues,it may be in drops or rarely a gush. This is entirely normal.
Yes,it occurs in all males with normal genito-urinary anatomy. It may be more inquantity in some and less in others.
