Dear,

Thanks for all these additional details.

Sorry for the delay in answering. I was on another question. I apologize for your wait.

Having even little blood in urine should not be left ignored.

At your age, this could occur with prostate gland enlargement.

Other common causes are -
-Kidney and bladder stones,
-Urinary tract infection.

The most common cause for such symptoms is Bladder infection.

Blood in the urine can come from any condition that results in infection, inflammation, or injury to the urinary system.

You need to undergo few tests for diagnosis-
-Urine test,
-X-ray pelvis,
-Ultrasound of lower abdomen.

If this is related with urinary tract infection, then your doctor would prescribe antibiotics for management of this issue.

For the time, take plenty of fluids and drink Cranberry juice.
You should see your primary doctor for checkup and treatment.

You will be advised medications, after tests and clinical evaluation.

Hope this helped
