Your picking up your grandchildren would not cause you to have blood in your urine .
Was this a lab finding but not abnormal to the naked eye ?
Was this franly bloody appearing urine ?
Was this tea colored urine?
For blood in the urine you need to see a urologist to investigate the cause ...
It could be kidney stones / infection related -- hemorrhagic cystitis / primary kidney disease -- glomerulonephritis / bladder cancer or renal cell carcinoma could arise as possible concerns
The type and amount of blood are clues to your cause ...( microscopic blood not visible to naked eye tends to be lower concern..)
I hope that this information is helpful for you
