Customer Question

I had no problems on Saturday with urinating it was mildly yellow. Then Sat. night just before going to bed I found a redish to brownish urine. Also, this morning, Sunday, my urine was kind of brownish. My regular doctor would probably not be available on Sunday and I am not sure what to do.

Hello ,

The tea colored urine is a sign of blood in the urine ....

The presentation of tea colored urine is a sign of significant amount of blood in the urine from a high source ...consistent with bleeding from the kidneys ....

I would advise that you get this checked today ...

It could be from primary kidney disease ....

I think that you are best to get a handle on the cause as soon as reasonably possible ...

Some type problems could lead into renal failure so I recommend that you be seen today at ER...

I hope that this information is helpful for you

Let me know if you have further questions or concerns

I will be happy to get back with you
