Customer Question

Hello,
JA: Hi. What seems to be the problem?
Customer: I am scheduled for a biopsy for something on my bladder. In addition to the biopsy, they have included some sort of resection (?) which sounds like scraping, cauterizing, and adding in some stints (?) to my kidney, I think. Should all this be done prior to the diagnosis from the biopsy?
JA: Is the condition chronic, or acute?
Customer: What's the difference?
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: No.
