Customer Question

hi
I have had some enlarged veins in the testicles for a while
No pain or any kind of discomfort. Any idea? Could it have anything to do with a vasectomy i had years ago?

inside the sac

That is called a varicocele.

Many men have them.

Not anything to do with the vasectomy.

As long as they are not painful, no treatment needed.

Or, if they are lowering sperm count and that is a concern, then they might be corrected surgically.

they feel like little worms in a way... so weird
what causes them?
Expert:  DrThomasMd replied 11 months ago.

That is exactly what they feel like.

They are simply dilated veins.

Probably genetic.
