This is Dr. David

the best way to know if you have a urinary tract infection is with a bacterial urinary culture.

the best way to know if you have a vaginal yeast infection is with a gyn exam and vaginal culture as well

at your age, you could be suffering from vaginal atrophy from low estrogen levels

and also overactive bladder muscles which can cause urgency and urinary frequency, very similar to UTI symptoms.

you need to see a gyn doctor for a gyn exam and see if you would benefit from vaginal estrogen creams to help vaginal atrophy.

there are medications which can help with overactive bladder muscles

what symptoms do you continue to have?
