Hello

It can be a bladder problem

You need an exam

Bladder tumor would need to be ruled out

Or obstruction

even prostate disease

A colon problem is also possible.

Diverticulosis

Inflammation from any cause.

I go with bladder first. Start with exam an urinalysis.

See your doctor.

Start with an ultrasound.

OK, so that is an initial answer….

If there was a tumor. Would there be blood in the urine? Which, there is not. Not painful to urinate, stream is strong and bladder empties. If I am sitting on the toilet and I empty the bladder there is no pain until I stand up. Could it be Irritable bowel syndrome?

Blood can also be microscopic, which is why you need the urinalysis.

Irritable bowel is possible.

Irritable bladder is possible.

However, exam and testing are needed. Regardless.
