What does prominent left extra renal pelvis and dictation of the left kidney mean?

The renal pelvis is the portion of the kidney that urine collects in before it drains into the ureter. In some people, the pelvis is larger than others. This does not necessarily mean that anything is wrong. As long as they did not say you had dilation of the rest of the drainage system called Hydronephrosis, there's nothing to be concerned about. Hope this helps.
