If the ablation was near the prostate, he may have prostatitis cause his problems urinating. He needs to get in to see his urologist immediately for a urine culture, prostate exam, and a bladder ultrasound to see if genoa emptying his bladder or not. He may need to be started on antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory to fix his problem. Hope this helps.
