Symptoms of bladder infection in women are-
-Frequent, urgent and painful urination
-Feeling the urge to urinate but not being able to.
-Foul smelling urine.
-Blood in the urine.
-Low grade fever.
-Cloudy, dark, smelly or bloody urine
If you have -Nausea, lower back pain and fever, these may be signs of a more serious kidney
Also the symptoms may range from mild to severe.
To diagnose, bladder infection- Detailed clinical examination, Urine test, and culture has to be done.
Based upon the type of infection, antibiotics will be advised.
You should increase in the fluid intake, especially cranberry juice.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
In case, pain in severe in nature, then please rush to ER ASAP.
