I've completed two five day perscriptions of Cypro (250 mg) week later had a urine test taken - showed infection cleared but a culture showed blood and whte cells - what could cause this condition?

It is normal to have white cells and blood cells left over for awhile. The urine culture is the key thing. If this is negative with no growth, then you are fine and the infection has been eradicated.
