Customer Question

Hello

I have pain, aching and fever in the rectum to the penis and testicles when I am not active. The testicles have dropped to walnut size. Every time I have ejuculation, I get pain, burning sensation and fever in the rectum to the penis and testicles and a fever in the nostrils. There's always warm in the testicles and it feels that they should burn. They do not produce sperm like 5 years ago when I was quite healthy. And an erection is allmost absent, and when I have sex it ejuculates within one minute. Please help me. I went to a Urolog doctor here in town who has done an ultrasound of the testes to rule out cancer and did a urine test and rectum test to feel the prostate and he says I have prostatis and that the disease can not be cured. My life is hopeless please help me. I also have high liver enzymes. Please help I am in distress. I am only 30 years old and married.

Sincerely Yours

A young male

Hello there,
Please be patient, as I may be in the operating room, with a patient, or driving but will get back to you ASAP.

You need one month of an antibiotic such as Cipro, Bactrim, or doxycycline. You have a combined prostate/ejaculatory duct, epididymal infection/inflammation. This requires long term antibiotics to improve this as well as ibuprofen. Also, soaking in a warm tub can help relax and soothe things. Hope this helps.

Hello I used doxycycline for three months and doctor said I can´t help you and prostatis will eventualy go away by it self. So what should I do as a patient when doctor is no good. What is the cure against shrinken testes? And will testes if cured go to past time size? please help. And can I use your description as responded earlier to my other doctor?

You should find another doctor if this one is not helpful. You definitely need a different antibiotic such as Cipro. Your testes unlikely actually shrunk. This happens when men get older or of they take testosterone but otherwise this is not a common thing we see.
