the tip of penis at pee hole is red and raw at times had some blotching but that is gone now just tenderness at slit. This became when got off the lake yesterday for the first time in this lake.
This is not an STD. This sounds like you have developed urethritis or a urine infection from swimming. You should see your doctor for a urine culture and you may need to be started on antibiotics to treat this. You can take ibuprofen to decrease the pain and inflammation. Hope this helps.
