I will give you a full history of my account I am married

Customer Question

I will give you a full history of my account

I am married for the past 7 years and I had a son immediately after marriage without any medicines, he is 6 years old now.

We are again trying for a child since the last one year or so.

I got myself checked and my blood testosterone levels were low at 2.50 nmol/l. The doctor gave me sustanon shots for two months after which my testostere levels were 7.07 nmol/l

Thereafter he gave me an antioxidant powder & Tentrax Royal but of no use. The sperm test results were the same. He was a general physician doctor.

Then I changed my doctor. I visited a urologist seeing male infertility. He did a color droppler of my scrotum and the results were normal with no evidence of varicocele.

He prescribed me with Provironum tabs for 3 months, then with Maxoza-L powder for another three months, and at present with Paterson tabs due to finish 3 months in mid of July. He also advised me to look for IVF. Checks made after every three months would almost be the same with no major improvement.

But I do not want to go for IVF.

I did semen test again recently while abstating from sex for 3 days. The results are as follows.

Sperm Count : 4 million

I just dont know what to do further.

Hello from JA

Unfortunately with an abnormal sperm analysis, if there are no underlying causes such vericocele diagnosed, and if correcting a low testosterone does not help, then there are not any medical options left except technologies which use your sperm in a procedure such as IVF

Why do you not want to do this?

Customer replied311 days and 14 hours ago.

due to religious problems I would go for IVI but definetly not IVF

OK
I see some problems here.

First of all..why testosterone

The indicated treatment would be clomiphene

If IVF is not an option, this should be the next step not testosterone.

Here is an excellent page on male infertility options.

http://www.malefertility.md/treatment-options-male-infertility.html

I would suggest that you work with a doctor specializing in male infertility..urologist for example, who has experience with this.

In fact, the use of testosterone can shut down your own sperm production....not very good in the long run here given your goals.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Please select a 4 or 5 rating as this is how we are paid. Great service is my goal and if you are not yet satisfied please reply to me via the REPLY TO EXPERT button. I will be happy to continue further and do everything I can to provide you with the service you seek.

Otherwise, a high positive rating is very much appreciated, bonuses are great, and find me anytime for follow up.
