Hi there I always get recurring Utis every few months.

Hi there

I always get recurring Uti's every few months. I am on longterm trimethoprim for this but don't feel like they are working any longer.
The last few months I have been feeling dizzy all the time, have aches all over my body & pelvic/back pain.
Any idea what this could be?
