Yes, it is possible for your kidneys to regain function allowing you to come off of dialysis if it was due to aspirin overdose. The only way to tell is to give it time. It may take a few months for the kidneys to recover. You should be followed closely by a nephrologist to help monitor your kidney function closely. Hope this helps.
