I suffer from repeated bladder infections (5 since the beginning of the year) and anti-biotics are not working. What do I do now?
Optional Information: Person's Gender: Female Person's Age: 74 Already Tried: Anti-biotics Levofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Cibrobay and lastly Klaxin. Am now trying homoepathic product called D Mannose as also a Pegasus product ampules for cystitis

I WILL get back to you ASAP.You may be having a problem with atrophic vaginitis where the lining of the vagina is thinned out due to low estrogen levels from menopause. This allows bacteria from the vagina to migrate into the bladder from the vagina. To treat this, your doctor may need to prescribe topical estrogen cream for the vagina to thicken up the tissue to prevent these recurrent infections.
